Headed by The Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP), Tripartite Standards is a new Singaporean initiative that helps organisations with good practices distinguish themselves amongst all others. Smove is proud to have been recognised for its progressive employment practices by the TAFEP, having been currently awarded 4 of the 8 Tripartite Standards. Smove is committed to these progressive employment practises and the initiatives that we are already implementing, as well as achieving the other awards in the near future. We believe that this recognition will assist us in further attracting top Singaporean talent and being an employer of choice!
Flexible Work Arrangement
Smove thoroughly believes in a healthy work-life balance. We provide flexible working arrangements to our staff, catered to the nature of their job scope. We believe in and value progress and productiveness over the number of hours worked, or the location of where the work is done.
Smove’s values encourage open communication, respect and a culture of feedback. We believe that the first step in any grievance situation is simply starting an informal conversation. We also understand however that not all situations are simple, so we also offer our staff a more formal process of assisted mediation.

Unpaid Caregiving Leave
We believe in family at Smove and therefore are proud to support our staff in the unfortunate event that one of our Smovers experiences a situation where a family member requires caregiving needs. We offer unpaid leave and flexibility to all our Smovers when they are faced with these challenging situations.
